To begin your SOS Club, get your leadership group together, find
your faculty advisor, arrange your meeting place and time, fill out the
Students of Spirit Club Charter, get your administrator's signature and register your SOS Club with Spirit Midwest Ministriees.

Once you've selected your Student Leadership Team, review and sign the Student Leader Covenant and send it to Spirit Midwest Ministries.

Each Campus Coach must review and sign the Campus Coach
Covenant and send it to Spirit Midwest Ministries.

The Faculty Sponsor's primary role is to be a liaison between the SOS Club and the administration. Once you have found your Faculty Sponsor, have the form signed and sent to Spirit Midwest Ministries.
